- No! StudentHub connects to your Canvas account and automatically syncs all your assignments. Any new assignment your professor adds to Canvas will appear in StudentHub within a few hours (or immediately if you trigger a manual sync).
- Can I track assignments from different schools?
- Currently, StudentHub supports one Canvas connection per account. If you're taking classes at multiple institutions, you'd need separate accounts. We're exploring multi-institution support for the future.
- What types of assignments does StudentHub track?
- StudentHub tracks anything in Canvas with a due date: assignments, quizzes, discussions, and any other graded activities. If it shows up in your Canvas to-do list, it'll appear in StudentHub.
- Can I mark assignments as complete in StudentHub?
- Assignment completion status syncs from Canvas based on your submissions. When you submit something in Canvas, StudentHub will show it as submitted after the next sync. We don't allow manual status changes to keep your data consistent with Canvas.
- Is there a mobile app?
- StudentHub is a web app that works great on mobile browsers - no app store download required. Just visit the site on your phone and you'll get a mobile-optimized experience that you can add to your home screen.
